Why do I need independent inventory services?
As a landlord, letting agent or even tenant, you’ll already be aware of the ever-increasing importance of a detailed, independently-compiled inventory on any property being let; since the introduction of the various Deposit Protection Services, the burden of proof falls on the landlord to prove the necessity of any proposed deposit deduction.
